@Aditya,
I am sorry.
I do not have any technical quiz papers as such. But if you want, I can help you out with ideas. (By technical do you mean EEE/ECE ? Because, otherwise I may not be of much help.)
What do you want these questions for anyway ?

I am also a programmer-ed (Past tense for programmer?).
I learnt BASIC in 1986. In those days we used to think if one has to learn Computers one has to start from BASIC (in our understanding then, it was LKG of computers – you start from the basic(s)).
The first and only program I wrote made computer count and print numbers 1 to 10 on the screen. I tried a lot to make the program count 11 but that was very unbasic and so I left programing and started pursuing a career that can blame programmers for all faults; I became an accountant.

@Ramphant heart,
Erre, not really. Ok, actually yes.
@Triplicani,
I remember that we also learnt BASIC somewhere in 5th grade-8th grade. These days the starting point has become C instead of BASIC.
An accountant is a pretty good career now, isn’t it ? Even fellow programmers blame other programmers for faults.

Yes. Accountant is a good profession. Long after the salesmen and programmers leave the accountants are still there cleaning mess created by others.
The only problem is after they have completed clearing other’s mess their mess becomes increasingly visible.
