i go to gym regularly..i dnt know whether i cud continue it after jonning infy due to pressure,bt its really nice pic..:-)

@Labani,
Well pressure or not, I think you should if you are a regular, I don’t think 1 hour (or say 2) of taking a break from training will do any harm. In fact it is good to take a break from work.
